Alexandra regularly represents employers in lawsuits involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblower claims, disability accommodation and leave related issues, and wage and hour violations. In addition to court litigation, she handles related arbitrations and advises clients in connection with parallel administrative proceedings and agency investigations.
As part of her practice, Alexandra also defends employers in matters pending before administrative agencies such as the California Civil Rights Department (CRD) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), frequently coordinating agency strategy with ongoing or anticipated state and federal court actions.
Alexandra places a strong emphasis on client service and communication. She works closely with clients to ensure they understand the litigation process, feel comfortable asking questions, and receive timely, practical guidance tailored to their business needs.
In addition to her practice, Alexandra leads the San Francisco Women’s Initiative, reflecting her commitment to mentorship, professional development, and leadership within the firm.
