Alexandre Wilhite focuses his practice on employment law. He represents and defends private and public organizations in all aspects of labor and employment law, including charges of discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, wrongful termination, disability accommodation, wage and hour violation claims, and other employment related matters. He has a strong commitment to supporting employers in navigating complex legal challenges.

Alexandre joined the firm as a post-bar clerk in 2025 after earning his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. During law school, he completed a Judicial Externship with the Honorable Judge Grillo of the Alameda County Superior Court in the Complex Trial Department.
