Ali Azemoon is a Senior Counsel with GRSM working in Southern California. He is a member of the Product & General Liability, Automotive Litigation & Autonomous Vehicles, and Commercial Litigation practice groups. Ali’s practice consists of automotive manufacturers’ and retailers’ defense in consumer warranty litigation, personal injury, and product liability claims. He regularly defends claims under the Federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, and California’s Consumer Legal Remedies Act. In his defense of his manufacturer clients, Ali evaluates prelitigation claims to analyze liability and assess early exit strategies where appropriate and actively litigates cases from responding to complaints, engaging in discovery, and preparing cases for trial.
