Andrew Johnson is an accomplished business litigator with a proven track record of success in both California state and federal courts. He has more than 15 years of experience handling a wide range of complex business litigation matters, with a primary focus on partnership disputes, including extensive motion practice and discovery in California state and federal courts. He also focuses on breaches of contract, partnerships, trade secrets, and breaches of fiduciary duties.
- Participated in a federal jury trial on a trade secret misappropriation and employment case resulting in jury award of $18 million for client-employer; subsequently handled appeal of trial court’s reversal of jury verdict to Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals
- Obtained summary judgement in favor of employer in federal wage and hour claim
- Successfully mediated numerous claims at both trial court and appellate court levels
