Allen Macchiavello’s practice focuses on litigating and resolving disputes in the areas of construction, design, and insurance coverage, to include first party property, builders’ risk, premises liability, and professional liability. The representation of contractors, engineers, project managers, and similarly situated professionals, as well as insurance carriers, is a cornerstone of his practice.
