Earlier in her career, Allison gained extensive experience handling complex healthcare-related defense matters. During law school, she was a selected participant in the Keta Taylor Death Penalty Project, conducting research and collecting data supporting the treatise, California Criminal Law: Cases And Problems, currently in its fourth edition. Additionally, she was selected to join the Comparative Law Program in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, where she instructed attorneys on the concept and application of stare decisis.
