Allison Cardenas is a Partner in the San Francisco office of GRSM and a member of the Employment Law practice group.

Allison defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.

Allison aggressively defends her clients in all stages of litigation, and thoroughly advises her clients throughout the process, offering unique defense strategies in order to achieve the best results.

Allison also advises employers on a variety of labor and employment issues including state and federal leave statutes and wage and hour laws. She guides her clients on the interactive process, reasonable accommodations, and terminations. She also works with employers in reviewing, drafting, and updating their employee handbooks and personnel policies to ensure compliance with California’s labor and employment laws.

  • Second-chaired a five-day trial and successfully defended her client against claims of sexual harassment, racial harassment, sex discrimination and race discrimination.
