Allyson Oliver maintains a practice focused on environmental and toxic tort, product liability, food and beverage, commercial litigation, and asbestos and talc matters. She represents clients throughout all phases of litigation, from initial case development through trial, and is experienced in drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and assisting with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings. She is committed to delivering efficient, strategic, and results-driven representation while helping clients navigate risk and resolve challenging disputes.

During law school, she served on the editorial board for the Journal of Food Law & Policy.
