Seth brings extensive courtroom experience, having served as first-chair trial counsel in more than 20 jury trials. He manages cases from intake through trial, including depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. His approach is grounded in early exposure evaluation, disciplined litigation strategy, and clear communication with clients and carriers regarding risk, valuation, and resolution pathways.
Prior to joining GRSM, Seth practiced on both the defense and plaintiff sides, providing him with a balanced perspective on case strategy and negotiation. His background includes defending high-volume and high stakes matters for national insurance carriers as staff counsel, as well as litigating personal injury, premises liability, and negligence claims in private practice. Earlier in his career, he operated a solo practice handling general civil litigation, criminal defense, and domestic relations matters, further strengthening his trial and client-management foundation.
Seth is known for his trial readiness, practical judgment, and leadership mindset. He works closely with clients to develop efficient litigation strategies that align with business objectives while maintaining a strong focus on defensibility at trial.
