Amber N. Dailey is a commercial litigation Associate in the New Jersey office. Her primary practice includes insurance coverage and employment litigation. Amber represents clients in a wide variety of matters and through various stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery and motion practice.

Prior to joining GRSM, Amber practiced insurance defense litigation, representing clients in matters involving construction accidents, aviation claims, premises liability, property damage, and personal injury. Prior to her insurance defense work, Amber served as a Deputy Attorney General of the Consumer Fraud Prosecution Section at the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office. As a Deputy, Amber participated in several investigations involving both multistate and multinational entities. After graduating law school, Amber clerked for the Honorable Rudolph A. Filko, A.J.S.C. in Passaic County, NJ.
