Amy Joy Allen focuses her practice in environmental and toxic tort, food and beverage, agrichemicals and agribusiness, and asbestos and talc matters. She participates in all phases of litigation, including drafting responsive pleadings, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, drafting written discovery, taking and defending depositions, assisting in trial preparation, drafting and arguing motions, and attending trial.
