- Successfully represented a federal agency against regulators in a complex CERCLA case arising from actions that were taken 60+ years prior, resulting in a division of responsibility that satisfied all parties, and collaborative toxic waste cleanup.
- Successfully led negotiations regarding operations on highly regulated lands, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations while addressing operational priorities. Facilitated discussions between the organization and the regulatory agency, culminating in a first-of-its-kind Memorandum of Understanding that satisfied both parties and established a collaborative framework for future actions.
- Authored the seminal opinion on a writ of mandamus in which the defendant’s constitutional right to access discoverable evidence was denied by the rules of evidence. In re B.M., No. 202300050 (N-M. Ct. Crim. App. Jun. 14, 2023).
