An Thien (Andy) Tran serves as Senior Counsel in the Employment Law Group.  He represents clients before state and federal administrative agencies and courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. His litigation experience includes defense of retaliation, discrimination, harassment, wage/hour, breach of contract, and fraud claims, including potential class actions.

Before GRSM, Andy was a litigator at two national law firms, defending healthcare institutions and Fortune 500 companies against professional and general liability claims.  During law school, he served under the Obama administration in the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Department of the Treasury, and Federal Communications Commission.
