Andrea Miska’s practice includes civil litigation, negotiating real estate and contractual transactions, and as a certified mediator. She has broad experience in strategic business operations consulting, site acquisition, contract negotiation, leasing, preconstruction due diligence and regulatory compliance, risk analysis, title review, real estate transactions, dispute resolution, vendor and construction management, condemnation claims, settlement negotiations, and compliance. She is committed to applying her legal and analytical skills to evaluate complex matters and provide clear and concise direction to clients to obtain optimal outcomes.

Her civil litigation practice includes representation of Homeowners and Condominium Associations in debt collection actions and planned community regulation enforcement matters. She has successfully litigated contested collections and complex enforcement matters, securing judgments for Associations, as well as negotiated numerous pre and post judgment settlements for her clients.

Andrea is especially skilled in complex leasing, pre-construction, and construction management matters involving telecommunications infrastructure. She brings ten years of experience as a strategic site development program manager at a Fortune 500 corporation, managing multifaceted projects and contracts for the nation’s largest shared communications infrastructure provider, delivering strategic and financial value by leading and advising on strategic development to achieve consistent, high quality results for customers and stakeholders. Under her leadership, her team successfully completed the development and construction of multiple new shared infrastructure facilities in some of the nation’s most prohibitive entitlement and harshest environmental climates, meeting both regulatory and business growth goals for her clients. She is committed to applying her legal and analytical skills to support organizational growth and innovation and is an active member of multiple professional associations.
