Andrew H. Haas focuses his practice on complex civil and criminal litigation, representing individuals and business entities in state and federal courts throughout California and New York.

As a fourth-generation attorney, Andrew brings a deeply rooted commitment to advocacy across a wide range of matters, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, personal injury, product liability, employment disputes, and class action litigation. He also handles business litigation, general liability, insurance defense, family law, and matters involving education and juvenile law.

Earlier in his career, Andrew represented minors in education and delinquency matters through the Center for Juvenile Law and Policy. He also gained experience in disability and international human rights law through clerkships and fellowships with public interest and international organizations, including work connected to children’s rights, disability law, and international human rights advocacy.
