Andrew J. Sokolowski focuses his practice on employment litigation, with significant experience representing employers in complex wage and hour matters and labor code compliance issues.

Andrew’s practice includes defending class actions and representative actions, including claims brought under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). He advises clients across a broad spectrum of employment matters, including employee classification, wage and hour compliance, overtime and compensation disputes, meal and rest period requirements, wage statement compliance, and expense reimbursement obligations.

Andrew has extensive experience managing all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation strategy through trial, and has served on trial teams in high-stakes wage and hour cases.

Prior to his legal career, Andrew served in the United States Army infantry. This experience brings discipline and a results-driven approach to his legal practice.
