Prior to transitioning to litigation, Andrew served as Counsel at NBCUniversal. In this role, he advised on legal issues arising throughout the lifecycle of unscripted television productions. He evaluated and mitigated legal risk, negotiated a broad range of agreements, and counseled stakeholders on sensitive compliance matters. His experience in these fast-paced, high-stakes environments informs his ability to support efficient and aggressive case strategies today.
Andrew’s earlier experience includes business and legal affairs roles in digital media, brand licensing, and music publishing. He has structured agreements for multinational companies and managed complex international licensing programs. This foundation provides him with valuable insight into the contractual frameworks that frequently underlie modern commercial disputes. He leverages this technical knowledge to identify key issues early in the discovery and litigation phases.
Outside of the office, Andrew is a music composer and performer and a digital designer, experiences that fuel his creative approach to problem-solving. He is also active in the local legal community and maintains a commitment to providing pro bono services to emerging artists. This unique blend of artistic entrepreneurship and legal rigor allows him to relate to and better understand the operational challenges his clients face daily.
