Andrew Miller is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and transactions. He represents businesses, entrepreneurs, and creators in protecting, enforcing, and maximizing the value of their intellectual property assets. In addition to his intellectual property practice, Andrew has substantial experience in commercial litigation, sports and entertainment law, and fraud litigation.

Andrew counsels clients on a broad range of trademark and copyright issues, including brand protection, licensing, enforcement, and portfolio management. Whether securing trademark registrations, monitoring the market for potential infringers, responding to or initiating infringement claims, negotiating licensing arrangements, or litigating intellectual property disputes, Andrew helps clients navigate every stage of the intellectual property lifecycle with practical, business-oriented guidance.

Andrew’s experience includes handling United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) applications, drafting cease and desist letters for accused infringers, developing strategies for efficient IP management and protection, and representing clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and related infringement actions in federal courts.

Beyond his intellectual property work, Andrew represents businesses in a wide range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract actions, business tort claims, and other complex litigation matters.
