Andrew S. Roskind is Of Counsel in GRSM’s Nashville office focusing his practice on healthcare liability, premises liability, and transportation matters. As a trial lawyer, Andy applies over 22 years of litigation experience representing corporations and individuals in various state and federal courts. 

In focusing on healthcare defense, Andy represents and defends all levels of healthcare providers in complex and high-stakes medical liability cases. He has successfully obtained early dismissals, resolved difficult cases in the clients' best interests, and received multiple jury defense verdicts. 

Andy is passionate about providing quality legal services to GRSM clients. He and his team stress the importance of client communications, teamwork, integrity, and excellence. By working collaboratively with clients, Andy builds personal and professional relationships enduring well past the current case. 

Andy served six years in the United States Navy, received an Honorable Discharge, and was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal; Southeast Asia Service Medal, for service in the Middle East during Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm; Good Conduct Medal; and others.
