Andrew is an Associate in GRSM’s New York office. He represents employers across the United States in employment and commercial matters before state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New York State Division of Human Rights, and New York City Commission on Human Rights. Andrew has defended individuals, international corporations, and small businesses against claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, whistleblower retaliation, wage and hour violations, breach of contract, defamation, and fraud, among other types of employment and commercial claims.
