Andrew Robbins is Senior Counsel in the Houston office of GRSM. Prior to joining GRSM, he represented clients in the maritime and aviation industries on a variety of matters.  His experience includes litigation involving breach of contracts, vessel collisions, pollution casualties and spills involving the Oil Pollution Act of 1990, aviation accidents, wrongful death claims, cargo disputes and personal injuries.  He has also drafted various contracts and charter agreements for his clients.

At GRSM, his practice mainly focuses on construction and commercial litigation that typically involve breach of contract claims, construction defect disputes, business torts, and oil & gas pipeline disputes. 

Through the course of his career, Andrew has handled every aspect of the case, from the initial investigation to the conclusion of the suit.  He has experience with all stages of the litigation process and has conducted numerous depositions, hearings and mediations.
