Angie Lee has more than 15 years of experience representing clients in state and federal courts, focusing her practice on bankruptcy, estate planning, and civil litigation matters. Her practice encompasses Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters, estate planning, personal injury litigation, and general counsel services to businesses on matters involving intellectual property, employment, contracts, and data privacy.

Earlier in her career, Angie served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Washington State Office of the Attorney General, where she advised state agencies on tax and debt collection law, advocated for agencies in bankruptcy, foreclosure, probate, and receivership matters, and prepared legislative bill analyses for state taxing agencies.

Angie also has extensive experience representing Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees, including prosecuting fraudulent transfer and preferential transfer actions, litigating objections to bankruptcy discharge, and recovering millions of dollars for bankruptcy estates and creditors.
