Anne Kitchens focuses her practice on commercial litigation and franchise law matters. She is an experienced trial attorney who represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts. Her practice includes breach of contract claims, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, employment claims, franchise and distribution relationship disputes, and other high-stakes business matters.

- Prevailed in arbitration on behalf of a senior executive in an employment dispute involving contractual compensation and whistleblower retaliation claims.
- Obtained a stay of removal before a three-judge panel at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals after presenting oral argument on behalf of an asylum seeker.
- Successfully advocated for a statewide policy change affecting California foster youth, working with state officials and government agencies to address an issue impacting clients’ access to services and benefits.
