Toxic tort attorney and commercial litigator Anthony Badami has served myriad Fortune 500 companies in complex, multidistrict cases. Anthony’s clients have included industrial manufacturers, automobile makers, chemical processors, banks, retailers, and real estate companies. He has defended cases across Missouri, Kansas, Indiana, Illinois, California, Texas, and Louisiana involving asbestos exposure, product liability, auto defects, toxic torts, consumer fraud, business disputes, and commercial law.

Before focusing on the defense side, he practiced at a plaintiff’s firm where he prosecuted mass and class action cases against credit card processors, pharmaceutical benefit managers, e-cigarette companies, automakers, and agrochemical companies.

Anthony’s practice covers the full litigation lifecycle, from case strategy and discovery through trial and appeal. He has managed early case assessments, coordinated factual investigations, prepared expert witnesses, and drafted briefing on removal, transfer, dispositive motions, and discovery disputes. His courtroom work includes depositions, oral arguments, and pretrial motion practice such as Daubert challenges and motions in limine. He has also played a significant role in settlement negotiations, mediation strategies, and drafting settlement agreements. With experience drafting appellate briefs in the Eighth, Ninth, and Tenth Circuits, Anthony offers clients comprehensive advocacy from the outset of a case through resolution on appeal.
