Anthony Soldato focuses on all aspects of civil litigation notably with respect to real estate matters, corporate, LLC and partnership disputes, contract disputes, and counseling related to pre-litigation risks and liabilities. Anthony’s particular experience includes defense and prosecution of matters involving residential and commercial real estate, mortgage lender and servicer issues, construction defects, and business, LLC, and corporate litigation. He has handled a wide array of disputes through pre-litigation processes, significant pretrial motion practice (various discovery matters and dispositive motions), arbitration, trial, and through appeal.

Anthony recalls the earliest memories of his pursuit of a legal career forming during his childhood in Darien, IL. His father, who acted both as an in-house attorney and long-time mayor of their suburban city, always provided insight on the legal system, democratic process, and politics. After graduating from Santa Clara University Law School in 2008, Anthony took a different path to civil litigation practice through work with different San Francisco companies and later as a contract city attorney for the City of Morgan Hill.

Eventually, Anthony joined a real estate litigation firm in San Francisco. As a real estate litigator, Anthony handled various cases: landlord-tenant issues; residential and commercial lease disputes; land use issues; and administrative claims involving residential real estate before the City and County of San Francisco Board of Appeals and Rent Control Board.

Since moving to Seattle in 2013, Anthony branched out in new practice areas while maintaining his practice throughout Washington and California. He has represented attorneys, real estate professionals, mortgage servicers and lenders, public entities, and both small and large corporations. He has handled all phases of litigation practice in real estate disputes, tort cases (general and professional liability), construction defects, construction contract disputes, proposed mass-plaintiff and class actions matters, and business/employment and contract disputes. Anthony counsels clients through any realm of civil litigation, arbitration, or pre-litigation disputes while providing unique expertise to the firm’s corporate and transactional clients through his years of litigation practice.
