Anthony “Tony” Waddell focuses his practice on a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including construction defect, employment law, complex commercial litigation, insurance defense, and public entity defense. With more than 19 years of civil litigation experience, Tony has represented clients in state and federal courts and has appeared in bench trials and hearings. He has extensive experience in motion practice, depositions, appellate briefing, and oral argument.

Tony represents employers of all sizes in workplace law matters, including advising clients on compliance with California employment laws. He assists businesses in protecting their interests in matters involving employees, customers, clients, contracts, competition, and governmental agencies. His practice includes employment class actions involving wage and hour disputes, meal and rest break claims, overtime and minimum wage issues, discrimination, harassment, and related employment matters.

Earlier in his career, Tony practiced personal injury litigation throughout South Texas, gaining significant litigation and jury trial experience that has informed his approach to trial strategy and jury presentation.
