Anthony De Ingeniis focuses his practice on commercial litigation and professional liability defense, representing private and institutional clients in a broad range of civil and commercial matters. He appears before federal and state courts throughout New York and works to achieve aggressive and efficient resolutions tailored to each client’s litigation objectives.

Anthony advises clients on risk and claim mitigation and on negotiations involving business disputes, professional representation, construction, real estate, and trucking matters. He has defended multiple class action lawsuits and has helped clients prevail in mediation, arbitration, and trial, as well as in matters before the Appellate Division of New York.
