Arash Irani represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters, including claims involving discrimination on the basis of age, race, sex, national origin and disability, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes in New York and New Jersey. Arash has experience handling all phases of litigation, from pre-suit counseling and internal investigations through discovery, motion practice, and resolution.

Arash also maintains a practice in general liability, construction, and professional liability litigation. He has experience representing clients in a multitude of complex and high-exposure claims, including New York State labor law litigation, construction accidents and defects, automobile, municipal liability, premises liability, negligent security/ supervision, and professional liability matters. He is involved in defending property owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, and subcontractors in personal injury actions arising out of labor law, construction defects, and property damage claims in New York and New Jersey.

As an avid sports enthusiast who resides in New Jersey, Arash manages NFL and NBA athletes in their on- and off-the-field contract negotiations and appearances.

Before entering private practice, Arash worked alongside the Honorable Adam Silvera, Deputy Chief Administrative Judge and Honorable Judge Melissa A. Crane, J.S.C. where he drafted initial decisions on motions on a wide variety of cases.
