Ashlee Grant is board-certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. Her practice encompasses both litigation and day-to-day employment counseling. She defends employers in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings involving discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, restrictive covenants, and other complex workplace disputes. Ashlee also has substantial appellate experience, representing employers before state and federal appellate courts in complex employment matters involving discrimination, wage and hour, arbitration, and restrictive covenant issues.

In addition to litigation, Ashlee serves as trusted employment counsel, advising clients on day-to-day workplace issues, including hiring and termination decisions, disability accommodations, employee leave, wage and hour compliance, workplace investigations, and the drafting and negotiation of executive employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, separation and severance agreements, and employee handbooks and workplace policies.
