Ashley B. Friedman focuses her practice on employment law, labor law, and commercial litigation. She represents employers in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies and arbitration tribunals in matters involving employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour claims, handling every stage of litigation from pre-suit investigation through trial.

Ashley provides labor and employment law guidance to employers of all sizes, from Fortune 500 companies to start-up ventures, on the full range of labor and employment issues. Her advice spans compliance with state and federal leave laws, hiring and termination decisions, employee handbook drafting and review, workplace training, wage payment questions, litigation avoidance, and restrictive covenants. She has also conducted independent workplace investigations.
