Ashley Kaye focuses her practice on defending businesses and individuals in complex civil litigation, including personal injury, product liability, and premises liability cases in California state courts. Through her analytical and creative approach, she identifies key issues and develops strategies tailored to each case. She is particularly skilled in early case assessment and positioning cases for favorable early resolution or trial, through targeted discovery, strategic depositions, and effective law and motion practice.

For nearly a decade, Ashley has represented clients through all phases of litigation defense. She began her career representing consumers in consumer warranty litigation, where she served as first chair trial counsel and obtained a favorable verdict for her client. Her experience on both sides of the courtroom has given her valuable insight into plaintiff tactics and case valuation, allowing her to anticipate litigation strategies and advocate effectively for her clients throughout every stage of a case. Since transitioning to defense, Ashley has successfully resolved numerous cases through strategic negotiation and mediation, achieving favorable outcomes while minimizing the costs and uncertainties of litigations.

Outside of her passion for advocacy, Ashley loves her life with her husband and their two children, feral Pomeranian, and giant sulcata tortoise.
