Ashley Felton Eckerly

She serves as national counsel for several clients involved in toxic tort and product liability actions throughout the country, which requires her to regularly analyze choice of law, personal jurisdiction, and a number of other issues consistently raised in multi-state litigation. She has trial experience and is familiar with all aspects of discovery and motion practice under the Michigan, Illinois, and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Her integrity and work ethic are unparalleled and she takes great pride in consistently keeping her clients updated and making them part of the decision-making process.

Ashley earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2009 and graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A., cum laude, in General Business Administration in 2006. She remains a die-hard Spartan fan to this day. Her background also includes an internship at the Lincoln Hall of Juvenile Justice where she obtained experience in family law, including juvenile offenses and family custody disputes.
