Austin Evans is a seasoned litigator and trusted business advocate, focused on delivering practical, results-driven solutions to each client’s unique legal challenges. He focuses his practice defending transportation, general liability, and employment matters in both state and federal court.

Austin began his legal career in Nashville, where he developed experience across a broad range of practice areas, litigating matters involving trucking and transportation, employment law, governmental tort liability, music and entertainment, professional liability, and real estate. Austin’s diverse legal experience allows him to approach matters with a well-rounded, strategic perspective, which he leverages to achieve the best results for his clients.

Austin earned his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he was a two-year member of Cumberland’s nationally ranked trial team. This formative experience sharpened his skill and passion for advocacy both in and out of the courtroom. Before attending law school, Austin received his B.S. in Business Administration from Auburn University.
