Austin Evans is a seasoned litigator and trusted business advocate, committed to delivering results-driven solutions to the legal challenges his clients face. While his practice is diverse, he focuses on defending general liability and employment matters in both state and federal court.

Prior to joining GRSM, Austin was an associate at two Nashville-based defense firms where he developed early experience and achieved success across a broad range of practice areas, including matters involving trucking and transportation, employment law, governmental tort liability, professional liability, and music and entertainment. This background allows Austin to approach matters with a practical, strategic perspective, which he leverages daily to achieve the best results for his clients.

Austin earned his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he was a two-year member of Cumberland’s nationally ranked trial team. This formative experience sharpened his skill and passion for advocacy both in and out of the courtroom. Before attending law school, Austin received his B.S. in Business Administration from Auburn University.
