Austin C. Evans is a Senior Counsel based in GRSM’s Birmingham office. Austin is a seasoned litigator and business advocate, dedicated to solving his clients’ legal challenges with tailored and diligent representation. Throughout his legal career, which began in Nashville, Austin has gained extensive experience across diverse areas of law, including trucking and transportation, employment law, governmental tort law, music and entertainment, professional liability, and real estate. This broad practice background enables Austin to handle cases with a well-rounded perspective, ensuring results-driven representation that aligns with each client’s unique needs and objectives.

Austin earned his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he was a member of Cumberland’s nationally ranked trial team. This formative experience sharpened his skill and passion for advocacy both in and out of the courtroom. Before attending law school, Austin received his B.S. in Business Administration from Auburn University.
