Ayushi Neogi provides practical legal advice and strategy to employers in a wide range of industries, including technology, construction, public universities, as well as teaching hospitals and clinics. She defends employers in state and federal courts and arbitration, as well as before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, DFEH, and the DLSE. Ayushi litigates individual and class action cases, including claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, whistleblower, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations. Ayushi often deals with aggressive opposing counsel on high-exposure claims covered in the media. Through her team’s negotiation skills, clients are able to seek an often early and favorable resolution.
