Benjamin Wade

Associate

Benjamin C. Wade’s practice focuses on defending corporations in a broad range of litigation matters in state, federal, and administrative forums.

Ben has significant experience managing cases from inception through trial. Before joining the firm, he served as an Attorney-Advisor with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)’s Office of the Chief Counsel. In this role, he litigated aviation regulatory enforcement actions before the U.S. Department of Transportation and National Transportation Safety Board. Additionally, as part of the FAA’s Aviation Accident Team, Ben served as agency counsel in coordinating agency responses to NTSB investigations, evaluating claims brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act, and working closely with the U.S. Department of Justice to defend the agency’s actions.

Prior to his federal service, Ben was as a Deputy Attorney General in the Government Litigation Section of the Indiana Attorney General’s Office. He represented the State of Indiana and its agencies in a wide range of civil litigation, including Section 1983 claims, Title VII disputes, and state contract litigation.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his fiancé and dog, supporting Indiana University athletics, and participating in trivia.
