Betsy Stibler is Senior Counsel in the Nashville, Knoxville, and Atlanta offices of GRSM. Betsy has extensive experience representing individuals and businesses in complex disputes. She has built a reputation for thorough preparation, clear strategy, and decisive courtroom advocacy. Betsy believes litigation requires more than legal knowledge- it demands persistence, precision, and an unwavering commitment to the client’s goals.
Betsy has a diverse practice that focuses on complex commercial litigation including high-value/complex matters, construction litigation, trucking and transportation litigation, professional liability, and general liability matters. She is experienced insurance coverage counsel and a skilled appellate advocate.
She is a member of the firm’s Product Liability, Transportation, Commercial Litigation, and Real Estate practice groups.
