Betsy Stibler is Senior Counsel in the Tennessee and Georgia offices of GRSM. Betsy has extensive experience handling complex disputes on behalf of insurers, involving both primary and excess liability policies, and individuals and businesses. She has built a reputation for thorough preparation, clear strategy, and decisive courtroom advocacy. Betsy believes litigation requires more than legal knowledge- it demands persistence, precision, and an unwavering commitment to the client’s goals.
Betsy has a diverse practice that focuses on complex insurance coverage issues and bad faith claims as well as commercial litigation, including construction, trucking and transportation, professional liability, and general liability matters. She is a skilled appellate advocate.
She is a member of the firm’s Property Insurance and Casualty practice groups as well as the Transportation, Commercial Litigation, and Real Estate practice groups.
