Brian Park has over 15 years of experience as a civil litigator, with a focus on employment, trust litigation, and conservatorships.

Prior to joining GRSM, Brian served as General Counsel for a Fortune 500 recruitment firm with over 50,000 employees. In this role, he played a pivotal role in developing corporate policies, procedures, and programs, while also providing key counsel on major business transactions. He has successfully represented clients in various legal matters, such as litigating and enforcing judgments related to trademark and contract breaches in million-dollar settlements, representing individual plaintiffs in breach of contract, probate, elder abuse, and trust litigation.

Brian has also worked internationally, serving as a Korean Language contract attorney, assisting in the depositions of key witnesses in South Korea for an international patent infringement litigation case. His diverse portfolio includes representing leading insurance companies in insurance defense and bad faith litigation, as well as providing counsel to individual and small to mid-sized businesses in tax planning, estate planning, and asset protection.
