Brett Baer focuses his practice primarily on environmental & toxic tort matters. He brings additional experience across a broad range of practice areas, including government contracts, business transactions, real estate, and construction disputes.

Previously, Brett served as a Senior Trial Attorney for the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia. He has first chaired numerous trials and has helped shape contract law in the District of Columbia. Earlier in his career, he interned with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, Enforcement Division, and served as a Research Attorney for the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara. Brett has been involved in numerous high-stakes litigations.
