Brett Ferguson is an accomplished employment and civil litigation attorney with more than 15 years of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex matters from inception through trial.

Throughout his career, Brett has managed all phases of litigation, including jury trials, arbitrations, mediations, appeals, workplace investigations, and administrative proceedings. His experience includes representing plaintiffs in employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour matters, as well as defending employers in FEHA, PAGA, wage and hour, and worker misclassification disputes.
