Brett Moroney is a San Francisco based litigation partner at GRSM with a practice that extends throughout the U.S. Brett handles complex civil matters in both state and federal courts where he specializes in defending corporate clients involved in product liability, tort, automobile, trucking, and transportation claims, employment, and business claims. Brett has also successfully defended clients involving claims by minors and adults alleging physical and sexual abuse. He has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, having mediated and arbitrated numerous cases throughout California. Brett is a member of the firm’s Product Liability, Employment, and Commercial Litigation practice groups. He represents clients in nearly every industry, including sports organizations, camps, teaching institutions, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, financial services, real estate, transportation, and construction.

- Serves as National and Regional Counsel in claims involving various pharmaceutical and medical device products.
- Designated as select member of affirmative discovery team responsible for taking depositions in trial-selected cases throughout the United States in the Cox II inhibitor mass tort litigation.
- Also designated as select member of discovery team responsible for deposing prescribing physicians throughout the United States in the fenfluramine mass tort litigation.
Tort & Product Liability
- Handles catastrophic tort and product liability matters.
