Brian E. Dittrich brings over 30 years of experience representing clients throughout Oklahoma. With an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering, Brian applies an analytical approach and strong problem-solving skills to complex litigation. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, professional liability, product liability, construction and construction defect, design professionals, directors and officers litigation, real estate litigation, community associations, class actions, personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance coverage and bad faith, and employment law.

Brian has served as lead counsel in dozens of jury trials in both state and federal courts across Oklahoma, handling a wide range of matters such as general liability, product liability, premises liability, construction defects, liquor liability, employment disputes, real estate, community association disputes, directors and officers liability, insurance coverage, and insurance bad faith. In addition to his trial work, he has extensive experience in state and federal appellate courts, handling appeals on a broad range of legal issues.

Beyond the courtroom, Brian represents clients before state and federal agencies in cases involving employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour disputes, and professional disciplinary proceedings. He also advises clients on business formations and general business matters, including lease and contract review, analysis, and negotiation.

Throughout his career, Brian has represented a diverse clientele, including Fortune 500 companies, national retailers, national and regional insurers, product manufacturers, contractors, licensed professionals, real estate investors, property managers, restaurants, bars, museums, educational and religious institutions, other non-profits, small businesses, and individual clients.

Since 2005, Brian has maintained an AV Preeminent Peer Review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest distinction for legal ability and ethics. Tulsa People magazine named him a “Top Lawyer in Tulsa” for insurance law in 2011. Additionally, he has been listed among Oklahoma Super Lawyers from 2019 through 2025.
