- Resolved dozens of nationwide data breach class action cases, alleging claims on behalf of tens of millions of putative class members, for clients throughout the health care, financial, general commercial, and public sectors of the economy.
- Recent Representative Experience Includes:
- Represented a number of the largest health care companies in the country in complex data breach actions involving individual putative classes in the hundreds of thousands.
- Represented a number of large financial institutions in complex class action lawsuits involving data breach claims.
- Represented one of the nation’s largest student loan servicers in a consolidated putative data breach class action matter comprised of more than 20 cases from around the country.
- Achieved formal centralization and consolidation of more than 50 related data breach actions before the Judicial Panel on Multi-district Litigation.
- Represented companies around the country in PIXEL-related class actions matters.
- Counseled a number of corporate clients through governmental and internal investigations.
