Brian J. Schneider focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, maritime law, and appellate advocacy. His work includes toxic tort and other exposure-related litigation, including matters involving federal officer removal and the government contractor defense in military and Navy-related claims. With more than 20 years of experience, he represents product manufacturers, shipyards, vessel owners, and other corporate defendants in state and federal trial and appellate courts across the country.

At his prior firm, Brian served as a Managing Member and litigator, contributing to National Coordinating Counsel teams on matters involving maritime law, product liability, toxic tort, and complex personal injury defense. He has extensive experience managing complex, multiparty litigation through all phases of discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal, and regularly advises clients on indemnity, insurance coverage, successor liability, case valuation, litigation exposure, and overall strategy.
