Briana L. Cartwright focuses her practice on construction litigation matters. She represents contractors, subcontractors, developers, property owners, and other construction industry professionals in a variety of complex disputes. Briana is committed to providing practical, results-oriented counsel and works closely with clients through all phases of litigation, mediation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution proceedings. She approaches each matter with a strategic mindset, emphasizing efficient solutions while protecting her clients’ business interests.

Prior to entering the construction practice, she gained valuable experience handling complex legal issues involving public agencies and regulatory matters, insurance-related matters, and labor which allows for a well-rounded perspective when navigating disputes. Her diverse background allows her to analyze legal issues from multiple angles and develop thoughtful, client-focused strategies tailored to each case.
