Britanny Jocius

Britanny regularly handles all phases of litigation, with particular emphasis on dispositive motion practice, discovery management, and developing case strategies grounded in careful legal analysis and a strong command of the factual record. As her practice has progressed, she has taken on increasingly complex matters and greater responsibility in guiding cases from inception through resolution, working closely with clients to align litigation strategy with business objectives.

Before joining the firm, Britanny gained broad civil litigation experience at a Midwest-based defense firm, where she worked on a wide range of commercial and employment disputes. That experience continues to inform her disciplined approach to advocacy and problem-solving.

Britanny is actively engaged in the legal and broader professional community. She is a member of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and regularly attends programs to stay informed on global developments and their impact on Chicago’s business and professional landscape, fostering meaningful global connections. She is also a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association. During law school, Britanny participated in appellate moot court and earned top honors at multiple national competitions.
