Burke Wynne is an Associate in GRSM’s Employment Law practice group. He defends employers against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, failure to accommodate, and whistleblower actions. Burke also provides employment advice and counseling to help employers navigate complex workplace issues and ensure compliance with labor laws.

A San Francisco native, Burke attended the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned his B.A. in History and was a member of the Division I Men's Rowing Team. He went on to complete his J.D. at Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he served as an extern for the Honorable David B. Carson of the 23rd Judicial Circuit of Virginia in Roanoke City and as the President of the Student Bar Association.
