Cache Cummings represents employers in a wide range of complex employment disputes in both state and federal courts. Her practice focuses on defending clients against claims involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage-and-hour violations under the California Labor Code, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).

Before joining GRSM, Cache gained extensive litigation experience in general liability, including premises liability, personal injury, and habitability matters. Cache has experience representing numerous large municipalities, businesses and individuals through all phases of litigation, from discovery and motion practice to depositions and court appearances. At the root of her practice is a commitment to keeping the clients informed and engaged throughout each phase of litigation. Cache joined GRSM with the understanding of the importance of early case assessment, risk management, and transparent communication. She works closely with clients and insurance carriers to develop strategic, cost-effective litigation plans that align with their goals. Her result-driven advocacy reflects a deep understanding of the general liability landscape.

Earlier in her career, Cache clerked with several Los Angeles–based litigation firms drafting persuasive motions and appellate briefs, and contributing to class action and complex employment matters. Her practical understanding of both the plaintiff and defense sides of employment litigation gives her a balanced perspective and strategic advantage in representing her clients.

Cache is an active member of several professional and community organizations, including the John M. Langston Bar Association, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.
