Candace C. Chuck

Senior Counsel

Candace Chuck has extensive and well-rounded litigation experience in multiple areas of law.

Candace handles motions and appeals before Washington trial and appellate courts, across a wide variety of legal areas, including construction, torts, contracts and other disputes. She has successfully argued and prepared motions in a number of Washington venues, and assisted with advising clients regarding licensing, permitting, and contract issues. She was a former TIPS Now Fellow, as well as a former American Bar Association International Law Fellow. She is also presently a board member of the Joint Minority Mentorship program, which is a structured mentorship program promoting the retention, growth, and success of minority law students and new lawyers in the Seattle area as they enter the legal profession.

Candace received her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, where she participated in the Administrative Law Clinic and helped to obtain Medicare coverage for Harvoni, and hepatitis C drug. She was a chair of the International Law Society, and also participated in the Moderate Means Program.
