Her practice also focuses on complex litigation in the areas of employment (representing management clients in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including equal employment, breach of contract, harassment, wage-and-hour, leaves and benefits, non-competition, accessibility disputes, torts, and other claims), professional liability, collections recovery, and commercial law in state, federal and administrative courts. She has also handled claims for general negligence, premises liability, products liability, contractual indemnity, and insurance. Capri’s multifaceted practice also includes experience with complex business torts and unfair competition, antitrust, breach of fiduciary duty, and ERISA claims.

She represents many different parties involved in construction disputes and litigation.  Her experience includes representation of owners, developers, design professionals, engineer professionals, trade professionals, contractors, receiverships, and condominium associations in construction litigation arising from defective design, defective construction, code defects, defective specifications, breach of contract, and failure to perform project management duties, including inspections and responses to requests for information.

Her extensive experience includes and all aspects of litigation from the pre-suit stage through appeal. In addition to her trial litigation experience, she handles the collection, management, production, and preservation of electronically stored information for clients engaged in high-stakes litigation and is skilled in using many electronic discovery software platforms.
