She represents clients in class action and multidistrict litigation including breach of contract actions, commercial litigation, franchise litigation, equipment financing and leasing issues, consumer protection claims arising under consumer protection and false advertising statutes, including under the FDCPA, FCRA, and TCPA, as well as claims involving actions brought under Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), Title VII, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), purchase contract violations, fiduciary obligations and negligent and fraudulent misrepresentation.
